No waiting time charges are applied for delayed flights

Local manager monitor flight / ships / trains arrivals. Your pick-up time is automatically updated according to the real time of your arrival.

Fixed priced trip

Our fares are fixed, arranged during the reservation process and guaranteed, regardless of the real time required to get to your destination. If the transfer time gets longer due to traffic, closed roads, weather or other unforeseeable events, you will not be charged more. The price shown is always per car not per person.

Vehicle Types

All vehicles used for the transfers are licensed and fully insured. They range from luxury Mercedes E class limousine, minivan and van, to saloons (sedans), estate cars (station wagons) and People Carriers (Mini Van MPV's). Mini Buses and Buses for groups of up to 53 passengers are also available at most destinations. Prices are defined according to the type of vehicle required for the transfer.

Child Seat

Child seat is provided on request at most destinations at no additional cost.

Luggage capacity

Once you specify the exact luggage on the reservation form, our booking system will automatically assign you the right car. If you are traveling with excess luggage, such as push chairs, wheelchairs, golf clubs, skis, extra large bags or similar, be sure that you let us know: in this way we will arrange the appropriate vehicle for your airport transfer. Please ensure that you enter the details correctly, as we cannot be held responsible for any service failure due to inexact information provided during the booking process.
